If My Car Is Not New or Not a Luxury Car, Does It Really Need to be Detailed?2022-01-26T21:27:27+00:00

That’s like saying “I’m not good looking so I’m not going to brush my teeth.”

Even if that is the case, it’s a good idea to do it every now and then…..right? When it comes to your vehicle’s appearance, it’s not a matter of IF, it’s a matter of WHEN it deteriorates.

Old, new, luxury, work truck, etc. EVERY vehicle has a resale value. When it comes time to sell, appearance plays a big role in how much and how fast you can sell your vehicle.

So whether you pay to get your vehicle detailed or not, you still paid for it. Might as well get the benefits of actually getting it detailed.

I Have a New Car. Is It Beneficial to be Detailed?2022-01-26T21:28:27+00:00

Although there may not be much to clean and restore, the main purpose for new and newer cars to get detailed is for protection. This can indefinitely prolong the new appearance of your vehicle. You get the immediate benefit of your vehicle always looking its best and the long-term benefit of maximizing your resale value. It’s not a matter of IF but a matter of when your vehicle starts to deteriorate from UV damage, hard water spots, road debris, stains, etc.

The worse your vehicle gets, the more expensive it will be to detail it.

What Is the Difference Between Your Detailing Service and a Lower Cost Service at a Gas Station or Car Wash?2022-01-26T21:30:21+00:00

While auto detailing is a popular service for many places to offer, ie; carwashes, dealerships and other automotive shops, few places have all the necessary tools, products, knowledge, and experience to offer a consistent quality service. For most places this is an add-on service they do not specialize in. It’s a car wash but they offer a dozen different packages, cleverly disguising a fancy car wash as a detail and leaving you with mediocre results.

Detailing services and companies are NOT “apples to apples.” They vary greatly on what’s included for the price, the process, experience, and quality of products. When “shopping around” make sure you know what you are getting for the price quoted.

It’s Going to Rain Soon, Should I Put Detailing Off Until After?2022-01-26T21:32:31+00:00

One of the most important aspects of getting a car detailed is applying protection after being cleaned. This protection can dramatically prolong the new appearance of your vehicle by protecting against harmful UV rays, micro scratches, hard water spots, pollution, and road debris. When it rains, a slurry of old motor oil, road tar and other contaminants get kicked up onto your car and settle on the paint.

Rain or shine, year-round protection is ABSOLUTELY needed. Protecting your vehicle’s finish is always a good idea and never goes to waste.

How Long Does the Service Take?2022-01-26T21:35:03+00:00

On average, it can take 3-4 hours for a complete detail. Exterior or Interior only 1-2 hours on average. Every detail depends on the current condition of the interior/exterior. Please disclose during the quote process if you have excessive pet hair, as this adds time needed to detail!
